At Kiasili Holistic Care, our services are Holistic Care Products and Psychiatric Mental Wellness. We endeavor to exploit the God-given pure, unadulterated botanicals and fauna resources for beauty, comfort, and wellness. Mental Wellness services as psychiatric providers are offered through brief psychotherapy and psychopharmacotherapies when best. Mental wellness clients interested in holistic remedies are educated and provided services that will go well with their holistic needs.
Still, they never replace pharmacotherapies when they are the best indication!

Holistic Care

Our philosophy is of care geared towards the achievement of our clients' satisfaction in beauty, comfort, and wellness. We acknowledge diversity in culture and age and offer congruently related care. We research food-grade supplements and oils to enable evidence-based applications for excellent outcomes. We source our raw materials as herbs, herbal extracts, natural oils, natural butter, hair conditioners, astringents, essential oils, bath salts, and bentonite clays from well-reviewed wholesalers/merchants and FDA-approved outlets globally. These materials are packed and, distributed, and crafted into products for skin, hair, and scalp beauty, as well as general wellness & comfort. Our customers are encouraged to stay hydrated, eat healthy, and do physical exercises for optimal beauty expression and graceful aging.

At Kiasili Holistic Care, we offer comfort care supplements for various body systems. They come in capsules, oil gels, and premixed and daily dose-packed smoothies powders. We studied foods that fight abnormal inflammation in relation to each body system and designed 40-day regimens for comfort and wellness. Some issues, depending on their chronicity, may require more than one regimen, each 40 days, and a maintenance regimen thereafter.

We bring together supplements that are helpful in various discomforts, educate our clients on the same, and constitute them in a manner that is compatible with their current medications. Safety is key as we empower our clients on their role in wellness.

We deliver psychiatric-mental health services to individuals, families, and communities utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and prescribing psychopharmacology products when needed.

Initial Comprehensive Assessment & Diagnosis

Our first encounter with our clients includes an initial psychiatric evaluation in which we gather the client’s mental health concerns, medical history, family and social history, and any other important information that can assist in the client’s treatment and wellness journey. This lasts at least 60 minutes, at the end of which we create a care plan.

Medication Management

When a condition requires daily/weekly/monthly medication for optimal mental wellness, we ensure the client’s prescribed set of medications and any complementary therapies do not interfere with each other negatively. We collaborate with our client’s physicians, family members, and anyone in their care team for safe medication administration. We ensure timely reviews so that doses are not missed. When adjustments are necessary, we do so and constantly educate our clients on their medication(s). Telepsychiatry Services Telepsychiatry
