At Kiasili holistic care products, we are a bold team of natural beauty hobbyists and Mental Wellness providers with a vision of natural beauty and comfort from our house to yours.
Mental Wellness provider dream started when psychiatry nursing became such a thrill. The passion to work with people on Mental wellness engineered a climb to a provider level.
On the other hand, Holistic care services to our clients are achieved through:
1. Distribution of herbal extracts (crafted into teas, spices, supplemental capsules, supplemental smoothie powders etc.) and natural oils-based products crafted for beauty and comfort.
2. Exchange of ideas through blogs holding evidence-based facts of beauty and comfort from botanicals.
3. Beauty and comfort-based coaching utilizing a philosophy of care and referrals to active practitioners of what goes beyond our scope.
The Kiasili products are crafted for the whole body from head to toe to enhance beauty, comfort wellness and balance. The Art begun with crafting of skin care wellness and beauty products but currently the scope has changed and leaned more towards the human body systemic comfort care. This happened consequential to the pull of our customers, and the progression of our vision towards more nutrients-based approach to wellness. It is a deliberate endeavor to alleviate our own health struggles as nutritional epigenetics teaches us not to bend to the burden of early midlife comorbidities. A kind of soliloquy that we can do things for our own betterment and avoid the martyrdom witnessed in our parents and grandparents aging!
The vision of Kiasili Holistic Products LLC started with the founders' desperate search for skin, scalp and hair treatment blends. We yearned to ease skin/scalp dryness and encourage growth of gorgeous hair in spite of extreme weather conditions in USA. The urge to extend to other families was engineered by the quest of the then teenager peers of the founder’s daughter. The young high school girls had a "natural hair" club and encouraged each other on appreciation of their natural kinky hair, and quitted use of harsh chemicals for relaxing kinky hair. Their requests for natural hair products motivated the birth of Kiasili Holistic Care Products LLC as a constructive hobby to meet their need.
Kiasili means natural, original and unadulterated in Swahili. It is our signature, we use the very natural raw materials with a biblical inspiration that connects to the saying of the father of medicine, that, “Let food be thy medicine”.
We do exploit essential oils blends with butters and natural oils to achieve high quality products. We do have baby oils and butters. Face beauty oils serums are age and gender congruent, to ensure clarity. A balance between moisture and sebum in the skin is targeted by combinations of high-quality natural oils. The balance in the essential fatty acids of linoleic and oleic acids in oils are exploited for beauty and comfort. They are enhanced with well-chosen skin balancing essential oils. Our pure essential oils are blended using ratios of 20% base note oils, 50% mid note oils and 30% top note oils for optimal results.
The next request came for joints comfort products as our clients were not sure what to take among the many supplements in the market. This request galvanized the founder into pursuing her lifelong desire to integrate herbal practice in her clinical career. It was then, in 2016, that the founder joined Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine and learnt the art which she integrated into her background of Health sciences, dentistry, Nursing and became a well-rounded supplemental nutraceutical and herbal regimens designer. Complementary management of discomfort was a big lesson learnt. We help our clients achieve their wellness goals recommended by their primary care doctors. We use all our health and wellness experience and professional nursing masterly to ensure compatibility of all nutraceuticals with our client’s lifestyle.
The systemic discomfort breakthrough is achieved by dietary and activities lifestyle changes. We design customized regimens which are well-researched with evidence-based proof to ease discomforts and reflect positive changes in a person. We do work closely with our client’s doctors, and encourage health surveillance before conditions become unmanageable. We do request compliance and patience from our clients to get positive outcomes. The speed of our product’s functionality is that of nature…it can be picked by listening to the tempo of how nature moves!
